Payment Terms

* 1st Payment50% Upon Approval of Quotation
(Artwork WILL NOT be proceeded before collecting 50% Down Payment.)

* FULL Payment Full Payment must be made once artwork is confirmed, before sending for print. Linking Gaps will NOT be responsible if there is any delay caused by late payment.

*For ALL or even URGENT artworks, payment must be made before changes/artwork are carried out.

Late Payment

2 weeks credit upon delivery from date. Administration charges will be at 5% of total amount for every 2 weeks on overdue account. We reserve the right to enter your premises and re-possess the goods, terminate any hosting plans or even deconstruction of any web development if payment is not made after 2 weeks.

Charges for Additional Artwork or Changes

Any additional changes or updates that are not stated within the scope of this quotation's project modules description may be subjected to additional charges.

URGENT Artwork

We advise clients to provide us the projects/materials as early as possible, in consideration of time allowance for printing/final artwork tuning.
To be fair to the other companies, there might be a chargeable fee for urgent artwork where applicable.

Termination

Items sold is not refundable or exchangeable for other items. Cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount upon any cancellation order, unless stated otherwise.

It is the understanding of both parties that all the design visual and rejected artwork are 'all rights reserved' by LINKINGGAPS and they WILL NOT be used or reprinted for any purpose. We reserve the right to enter your premises and re-possess the goods, terminate any hosting plans or even deconstruction of any web development stated in this Invoice.

Agreement

Upon starting the project, customers are bond and agreed on all terms & conditions stated.
